You should just be able to install the correct packages for your Ubuntu
distribution and follow the instructions on Michael's website.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: Re: [FSL] FDT-bedpostx problems
Hi Michael,
Actually when I initially installed it, I was having a lot of trouble with
the
binary installation because for some reason it couldn't find the fsl file.
In the
end I found this website (http://www.nemotos.net/?p=34) that gave other
instructions that seemed to work. From what I gather it seems to be similar
to
the instructions from your site but uses the hardy distribution, which is
what I
am running. Given the problems that I was having, I am actually in the
process of re-installing. Do you suggest that I do it from source instead
(I'm a
little reluctant to do this because I'm just a beginner when it comes to
using
linux)? Or should I try something different? Thanks for your help.
