Hi,
It sounds like your installation is not right.
Did you follow the instructions on the website for downloading
and installing carefully. The last part about setting up FSLDIR
and other variables is critical and it sounds like this has not
worked in your case. Also, the matlab commands are read_avw
and save_avw (avw, not avg) and you need to tell matlab
where to find these, separately from setting up the rest of FSL.
If you fsl is installed in /usr/local then you would do the following
in matlab: addpath('/usr/local/fsl/etc/matlab');
However, it also requires that your fsl is setup correctly. So go
back and have a look at the last part of the installation instructions
to fix things.
