Hello,
Don't you love OpenGL.
Anyway, if you want to go back to Tk then that needs to be done by editing
a file in /home/md/.ccpn/data/ccpnmr/AnalysisProfile/ in a file whose name
will depend on user-specific details. Search for "OpenGL" (so it will be
the value for the keyword "graphicsHandler") and change it to "Tk".
Now for the OpenGL issue, did you re-compile Analysis (with a "make clean"
first)? I'm not sure this will solve it but it can't hurt.
