I looked into this about 2 years ago but unfortunately couldn't find a suitable scheme for our heat inactivation method. At the time, Sheffield Immunology (UKNEQAS) were running a pilot scheme but catering more for the Bone Alkaline Phosphatase (BAP) immunoassays. The 2 (or 3) distributions I looked at, all the samples had normal total ALP activities, hence not being very useful for ALP isoenzymes. I would also be very interested if things have now moved on. Thanks.

Is anybody aware of an EQA scheme for Alkaline Phosphatase Isoenzymes -
if so I would be very grateful if you could provide me with details.
Many thanks
