This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team dedicated to engaging
the public with the University of Bristol's research and teaching. You will
work across faculties, raising the profile of public engagement,
encouraging academics to become involved and sharing best practice.
Duties will include helping with the development of ideas, assisting with
accessing funding and providing hands-on support for delivery and
evaluation of activities, whilst also assisting the Head of the Centre with
strategy development and evaluation of the University's public engagement
programme overall. This is a maternity cover role for seven months and is
key to increasing the quantity and quality of public engagement at the
University.
