This likely to be simple eyestrain from computer use. (10 hours is a long time even with breaks)
I would suggest the programme Workrave to prompt her to take more frequent short pauses, and to undertake some eye exercises that are demonstrated on the programme. It can be downloaded free. Google Workrave and follow the instructions.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Eyesight
Hi all,
I have an individual who had a 'blow out' fracture 3 years ago, prior to joining us, she made a full recovery. She was pre employement screened with us prior to starting and passed all standards including an eye test.
She is now getting problems with headaches to the point where she has been advised by her neurologist to wear dark glasses at work. We have looked at the lighting and there is no issue.
Nothing seems to help & I wondered if anyone else had any ideas. She is a fire control operator so works in front of a computer screen for shifts up to 10 hours (with breaks) her eyesight has been re-tested by an optician and her vision is excellent.
I dont know what else to try.
