OCC has been appointed to identify candidates for two positions based in London for a client that has been awarded a project to assist a government department with a project to evaluate national road usage and potential billing methods. As a consequence, I would be interested to know if anyone is interested in a new employment opportunity. Post 1: Project Manager / Learning Manager (circa £50-55k)
To manage the requirement of the technical system and Business specification in conjunction with the Public Sector sponsor.
To attend monthly Learning meetings with the customer to discuss data collected from a pilot project.
To develop a winning technical proposition for a commercial vehicle usage application.
The candidate must have a good understanding and a track record within the software and systems development cycle.
At least 7 years working experience with a high tech company in a customer management or project management capacity
Experience with maintaining business requirement and process flows
An ability to work well in a matrix organization that is extremely fast paced
Post 2: Business Analyst/Data Analyst (circa £40-45k)
On going analysis of user data and feedback as it relates to the continued success of the project and growth of the overall program
Ensuring all related reports and analytics are completed to support the PM/LM in monthly meetings
Coordinate with other experts to ensure all data is complete and any additional analysis or troubleshooting is executed
The candidates must be proficient in Business process analysis and in requirement capture, modeling and documenting, working with UML modeling tools is and asset.
Strong Case development experience
Good understanding of software and systems development cycles with demonstrable working experience
Ability to present captured requirements to business owners, project teams and management.
Minimum 5 years of working experience with complex multi-tier, web-based enterprise application development projects.
