I'm sure this has come up before, and that there was some reason why
it couldn't happen, but couldn't DLG, say, twist someone's arm to get
RAL to point that DNS record to Hawai`i? Or set up something to rsync
the starlink.jach.hawaii.edu stuff to a RAL machine?
