Hi Flavio,
my first guess would be to deselect the MRF option in VBM5, which is the most memory
consuming part of VBM5. However, your memory problems seem to occur after
estimating the segmentation while preparing data for warping. I am afraid, but your
images are probably too big for 2GB RAM.
Regards,
Christian

using VBM toolbox proposed by Christian Gaser. Unfortunally, I have got "out of memory"
error. The SPM modules are shown bellow. I'm running SPM 5 on Windows, 2Gb RAM and
1.5Gb virtual memory with Matlab 2007.
