The second part of the errors are because of the problems with the first bit.
Some of the line numbers in the error message don't make so much sense when
compared with the version that was released:

Because of this, I'm not 100% sure what the cause is, but the lines that are
close to 484 in spm_uw_estimate.m are dealing with the voxel to world
mappings in the headers. Because of this, I would suggest ensuring that the
voxel sizes of the image are sensible (you can use Display) for this.
