Dear Colleagues
I am working with a newly established group and the question of what can happen later in life for a child/ young person of refugee background who has experienced trauma (broadly defined) - especially when the child does not receive any help or 'treatment' for their discomfort. In this situation we are thinking of the child/ young person as either an asylum seeker or humanitarian entrant.
Does anyone have a view on this or perhaps any materials/ references that they could refer me to?
Many thanks for your help,
Regards, Nicholas
