Dear all
I'm emailing about 'Medieval Settlement Research 23' - the next issue of the MSRG's annual journal and report.
We will be making some improvements from the next issue, due out in September 2009. Along with our usual content will be including:
- a new section of peer-reviewed articles relating to medieval settlement in Britain, Ireland and Europe. We would be delighted to consider all kinds of research, including the publication of fieldwork (articles will usually be around 5,000 words in length plus illustrations, though longer articles may also be possible).
- short reports on recent fieldwork or news of other projects (of 300-600 words plus one illustration).
- we will no longer be publishing our 'Discovery and Excavations' (round-up) section, since this is now well catered for elsewhere.
I would be delighted to receive any enquiries or your submissions on medieval settlement topics for publication, and hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,
Sam
