I can't make 12th March I'm afraid but would be happy to attend the next
one. And I fully understand about travelling from Cornwall it must be a
real pain.

We have held teleconferences in the Cataloguing group - it works quite
well but it would probabaly depend on how many took part - it was a BT
thing I think. I could ask Anne Lacey how we did it and get back to you
all. We all managed it from work, you just get arm ache from holding
the phone for a long time so recommend ear pieces or those things
telephonists wear.

I wonder has anyone used Webex for holding an online meeting of this
type? That way all of us can attend from the comfort of their own desk:)

Yes, alternation of venues would be fair, as we are covering a big area
- I would like to join the meeting next time it is in Bristol.

Thanks,
Lorna

 Thanks Nicola,

I have rebooked for Thursday 12th March - how is this for everyone?

 Hi David

This will clash for those of us attending the influencing skills day at
Exeter. Is there another date avaiable?

Thanks

Nicki

Hi everyone,

I have provisionally booked a room for Thursday 26th February.

This was the first day after the critical appraisal meeting where we

could have the room all day.

How does it suit you lot ?

Helen - how many people from around Bristol might be coming?

.. Perhaps if there are far more from your end of the country it would

be more efficient to hold the meeting in Bristol but it is quite a trek

from Cornwall and we were in Bath for the last one.

What do you all think?

Best wishes

David Newman
