But again, nothing on the NLH pages to warn users that these
difficuulties are (a) noted,(b) being attended to, and (c) nothing to do
with any incompetence on the users' part. What is so difficult about
doing this? And why is Peter Hill's email address still the best kept
secret in NLH? I asked for my complaints about this communications
failure to be forwarded to him and received an astonished email in reply
asking if I was sure that was what I wanted to do. I can't believe that
it is in the long-term interest of the NLH "partnership" to create this
them and us culture where NHS librarians are kept at arm's length from
the "hub".
