Will Moss, the NHS mailman wrote today to me (via automated spam pusher/news letter), advising that my NHSnet account migration to Outlook will be delayed.
This is the second postponement on short notice. Oh how I cried.....
In the midst of the email, positively gushing how lovely and wonderful the new email service will be, was this gem:
> We haven’t however proved to our satisfaction that the new service will be fully stable when it is being used by the maximum number of users we > anticipate joining the service. Further testing is therefore required. This testing would cause disruption to anyone using the new service and > so we have taken the decision to defer.
In the meantime despite several requests I have still not been able to ascertain whether IMAP will remain available when accessing the email from outside the NHS net.
Peter
