Friday 6th February (the RCEP's own deadline is Friday 13th February).

The Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution (RCEP) is consulting on
its next choice of topic.
I have been sent the following list and the RCEP would like to know
whether any of them would be timely, beneficial and appropriate? Further
