Saint Andrew's Refugee Services is a non-profit organization serving
refugees since 1977. In September 2008, it became host to the Iraqi
Information Office whose services originated in the office of Dr.
Barbara Harrell Bond in 20007, and which aimed to serve Iraqi refugees

use those services as a vehicle with which to connect clients to the
services available to them and to engage clients with the capacity and
inspiration to stand on their own and serve each other.
