I would appreciate it if you would bring the following opportunities to the
attention of your advanced undergraduates and Masters students.
Geography at Newcastle University has the following opportunities for 2009-10:
TWO ESRC (+3 or 1+3) funded studentships for UK and EU students.
THREE fully funded School PhD studentships – one of which is in Physical
Geography - (including fees and maintenance) available to UK, EU and
International students.
Up to TWELVE full or partial fees bursaries for MA students (some with small
additional maintenance payments) available to UK, EU or International students
intending to go on to study for a PhD.
We welcome applications from students wishing to study for a PhD in any area
