They are 3.5" discs but were for the Amstrad PCW, in which they were
interchangeable with the 3" (which I believe you could turn over and write
both sides if I remember rightly). See

It would be a PCW you would need to read them.

No - its definitely a 3.5". These were made following limited success of
the 3" ones... but these themselves were also limited in supply.
