February 27 2009, Holborn Bars, London

Aligning elearning to business strategy
So /you/ believe that elearning can play a valuable part in meeting your
organisation’s learning and development needs, but how do you convince
your key stakeholders? The cost savings seem compelling, but you also
need to know how effective it will be both for learners and for the
organisation.
What does a good elearning strategy look like and how do you align it to
your broader learning and development and overall business strategies?
How do you get users to transfer what they learn to the workplace? How
do you evaluate success and is it really possible to measure return on
investment?
Hear from those who have experienced great success in making the case
