I'll send you a copy off list. There's a pretty extensive literature review in the final report so you might tease out some sources from that. My main advice on literature sources would be to check the major collections like DrugScope, NIDA and so on. Most of them will have a keyword search facility. For instance, I just turned up 22 items in the DrugScope collection using "literacy" in the subject area. These two caught my eye:

hi i hope someone can help on one of my points Rowdy can you send me an
attached copy or a link to your dyslexia paper and the other point's does
any one have any information or links to drug alcohol and literacy ether
papers or practice issues the same for offenders with drug alcohol and
literacy. We have just employed a literacy drug alcohol and criminal
justice worker and I'm having problems in how we engage with service users
and work with staff to identify issues therefore any help would be
appreciated
