This is the first announcement of an informal seminar day being jointly
organised by Durham University and Central Science Laboratory, and to be
held at Central Science Laboratory, York, focussing on risk assessment on
Tuesday 31st March, 2009.
The theme of the event is developments, challenges and advances in current

Talks will be given by Jim Hall (Newcastle University), Hilko van der Voet
(Wageningen University), John-Paul Gosling (CSL), Katy Thompson (Durham
University), Graeme Hickey (Durham University) and T.B.A. (CSL).

This free event is due to begin at 10:30 and ends at 16:30.
Everyone is welcome to join us for a meal after the seminar session, in York
(at ones own expense; details to come after numbers confirmed).
