Max, a great many thanks for your much needed support! For the good part
of my fifty two years I have fought for the rights of those disabled. I
had thought we had won some gains, but I was wrong. Us invalids, do we
not have any rights to life! On our pensions we cannot even buy food
enough for health!

I am sorry as I look through tear smeared eyes
that I cannot say in my anxiety attacks:
that we live in a society freed from ignorance
so she a quad wheel chair bound cannot go
have a piss the nurses cannot lift the electric motor
wheel chair some hundred millimetres up over the step
to the toilet not even knowing if the wheelchair will fit
a confined tiny toilet space.
I gasp for a breath trying to stop this anxiety attack.
I thought, I did hope, I did at least think we had won
over this, I am sorry, tears blear me in this anxiety attack
what did I do wrong? Why too must I pay! But we all pay.
On my pension I am told yet again I make no contribution
better is it that I am dead. Is that what is said?
and no money for food, better be dead. That is said.
