Very interesting other than remove from the task/get more staff/
rotate each i cant think of anything too - perhaps an ergonomist
doing a worksite visit but you sound like you have assessed this well
they are doing a very high level of repetitive movement requiring
extreme gripping and overuse of the hand and wrist - as their tasks
are specific to research purposes it makes it difficult unless they
can take a proposal forward to arrange for reducing the amount of
pick ups
it sounds like she will need removed from the task if symptoms are
acute with anti inflammatorys for rest and recovery
very interesting case though - good luck someone may have better
suggestions
