Yes, I have looked at this in the past. The sysconfig ones are configuring
the init.d script. The tomcat5.conf script is configuring the tomcat service.
tomcat5.conf is is also used if you start in foreground with the
dtomcat5 script.
The fact tomcat5.conf is also used to configure the init.d script is
odd and unusual, I guess
they don't want to duplicate the configuration.
But all is harmless.
