Dear Lopamudra,
In the MASH system you would take the pure Mg-endmembers of
chloritoid (mctd) and staurolite (mst);
The chlorite and cordierite models are availabel from Tim Hollands
webite at http://rock.esc.cam.ac.uk/astaff/holland/ds5/THERMO_ax.html;
I have appended copies below, including an edited (Fe-free) version for
cordierite.
There might be more recent versions (regarding non-ideality) in the
community though.
The garnet model in CMASH is also appended.
