Hi,
You need to have *plain* text files for all inputs like this.
Files in doc or rtf format will never work, and using Word is
prone to save in these formats. I would recommend using
TextEdit on the mac and make sure you set it to "Plain Text"
from the "format" menu. If you do this it should work fine.
