Hi there,
I am using an older version of TBSS, not sure which but definitely before
v1.2. I also have the updated version running on a different machine.
On the older version, I ran the registration, and had to eliminate a couple of
subjects due to poor registrations, which is not a problem. Since then, we
have run many different types of Glm processes on this dataset comparing
with different sets of behavioural measures.
When I recently returned to run some comparisons using non-FA images, I
found that I would not be to use previous registrations due to the change in
non-linear algorithm. I chose to run from scratch, since we have a newer,
faster machine. Unfortunately, a complete different set of subjects failed to
register, and badly at that.
Wanting to avoid redoing a large set of analyses, I moved the
prepped/renamed non-FA images back to the old machine, and tried to run
tbss_non_FA using the current syntax. Apparently the naming convention has
changed somewhat.
Any chance you could post or send a copy of the old non_FA instructions?
Thanks,
Conrad
