At least this time it's well-deserved.
I can also recommend covering a pheasant breast (or other small bird)
with bacon and laying it over sliced apples and onions. Roast at 375
for about 30-40 minutes (I think). Apples-n-onions was also a popular
dish in pioneer days in the US.
