Being a disabled person who acts as carer for my partner, I can understand
your frustration with carers.
One small suggestion: Have you thought about ordering your shopping over the
internet? All the large supermarket chains offer a delivery service to web
customers. I use Ocado, mainly because they have extremely good customer
service and always offer to bring the groceries in to the house. That would
also give you appropriate documentation.
