I had checked the first two and they are not the problem, the individual
file is the one I am checking through, there is a lot of content in this
course so it looks like it going to be a slow process of search and
delete.
Just want a second opinion that it as obvious as it sounds.

Just a guess, but have you checked the "default for maximum size of a
single file upload " in the course where you try to import the content.
Does the archive contain a file larger then 250 MB?
You might check the default setting for maximum course size and maximum
single file upload under Settings> Course Disk Quotas

Hi,
We have just completed migration to BB8 and are tidying up, I am trying
to import (have also tried restore) course content (in the case of
restore the whole course) and get the following error message:
Error The file attached exceeded the system limit of 250M For reference,
the Error ID is cadabeb1-dbfd-45c8-b10c-23e0257c1138.
I get the same error message in both cases. Any ideas?
