Hi Guy,
Let me allay some of your fears!
Masterclass details:
* All the presenters are listed in the flyer:
http://www.cpd4hi.org.uk/docs/AssistiveTechnologies290109.pdf
It certainly is not Telecare dressed up as Lamb and covers a wide spread of
issues around AT (old and new). Admittedly I don't like the word
Masterclass, but that isn't our call.
* CPD4Health are the people running the Masterclass and CPD Module.
CPD Module:
* Details aren't out yet, they will be soon. However: the people
delivering it will be us and colleagues from Sheffield University - so it
will be thoroughly grounded in real day to day AT (and thus probably more
appropriate for the colleagues of people on this list).
Hope this helps.
Simon

Avoiding the temptation to reminisce about when I were a lad...
It does make me wonder what the masterclass actually is. It looks like it
could be a simple Telecare course dressed up as AT as the new Vernacular for
Telecare is to call it Assisitive Technology. There is nothing about who is
running it or the course content so I would beware until more information is
forthcoming. Of course... when I were a lad I dreamed of going to courses
to learn about Assistive technology... but you tell the people to day and
they don't believe you...
