Overall, an intriguing and possibly quite informative question.
My own, admittedly limited sense of Pagan fashion designers/crafters,
suggests many, mostly small, enterprises. Racks that combine plenty of
relatively inexpensive imports with a few more costly custom garments.
I know that you can commission just about any sort of garment from
small design/maker enterprises.
In addition, plenty of Pagans I know look to fashion houses involved in
other, possibly overlapping, alternative subcultures. Fetish, fashion
forward erotica, music fan (Goth, folkish, medievalish...),
eco-conscious, etc.
I know, coming from my mountain bike riding, that most Pagans I know
do not look to sports activity specific fashion for much inspiration.
But I have not looked much at the Pagan merchanting that is certainly
important to us Pagans today.
Let me add that fashion designers/makers probably do play a key role in
how Pagans present themselves and so importantly shape the public images
of Pagans. I have mostly considered this vis a vis practical media
relations,
where flamboyant fashion can send off-point messages. Not from the fashion
history and culture angle.
As for the Golden Dawn era fashion resources. I'd add the likely
contribution
of theatrical costumers and suppliers. There were plenty of theater links
for some of the members. For that matter, some of the later Neo-Pagan
founders had theater links.
