I normally do Slice Timing before realignment, but it seems this is
not strict and depends on the movement of the subject.
I have most of the subjects with a range of movements +/- 3mm (already
run realigment to see).
Is it be better to run Realignment for first in my case? I imagine
than in some abrupt movements the slice timing will interpolate values
from different voxels corresponding at the same location in different
times.
And is this movement normal (+/- 2-3 mm) ???
Last question: One of the subjects moved a lot more, something like 20
mm. Is there a way to recover the data from this subject ? Actually I
have removed her from analysis because it was impossible to see normal
results in contrasts.
Thank you.
