Open positions: MSc, PHD and postdoctoral positions in computer
simulations of proteins and peptides

Where: In the lab of Dr. Masha Niv, Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot, Israel
G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and kinases are the largest families of
drug targets.
We are looking for highly motivated students to work on computational
projects focused on modeling the structure, specificity and conformational
dynamics of these proteins and their ligands and inhibitors. Background and
publication record in one of the following fields are required: bioinformatics,
computational chemistry or computer science.
