You talk as if this lady can control her bladder if only she makes the
effort. I don't work in any health field nor do I have any debilitating
disability. But I am retired and live alone. Even I am appalled at your
non solution. So how is this lady going to feed herself or get her daily
necessities? How about independence and dignity? Or is this your idea of
providing job security for a whole raft of social sciences types and
health care workers? This lady has only urinary incontinence, she is
making the best of her situation and deserves our support on how to
mitigate it. Simple measures like drink little at a time. Drink often to
satisfy "thirst" or is there some OTC medication for this like menthol
sweets to fool the senses? Visit the washroom often. Imagine her having
rectal incontinence. Then she has a real problem and you are not the lind
of person to deal with that either.
