Yes

You will need to install the BLAH BLparser on a machine where the batch
system log files are available (and, yes, updated in realtime).
When the new BLAH is available this will not be required anymore, since BLAH
will use the status/history commands instead of parsing the batch system
log files.
This new BLAH has already been released for Condor, while for LSF and
Torque/PBS is under testing
