**with apologies for cross-posting**
Do you use Jorum http://www.jorum.ac.uk/, the online repository service for
learning and teaching materials? Would you like the opportunity to make
suggestions for the future development of the service?
The Jorum team will be running an open community event, the Jorum Forum, in
Manchester on Wednesday 10th December, and we would like to invite
practitioners who use or contribute to Jorum to learn more about Jorum’s
progress and vision for the future, and to have input into ongoing
developments.
Free to attend and with lunch and refreshments provided, the Jorum Forum will
be an interactive event, and will provide an opportunity to meet members of
the Jorum team and hear about related projects and organisations. We will
also explore the Jorum community’s support needs and preferred ways of
interacting with the service and its team in future.
The event will start with refreshments at 10a.m., closing at 3.30p.m., and will
be held at CEEBL, the Centre for Excellence in Enquiry-Based Learning - for
further details, see the following link:
http://www.campus.manchester.ac.uk/ceebl/findus/.
Places are limited to 40, and will be allocated on a first come, first served
basis. To register your interest in attending the Jorum Forum, please email
