Nice, now we're really confused. Running yaim config_bdii with node
type MON and BDII_site produces a bad bdii.conf with missing
parameters:
BDII_VAR_DIR
BDII_SLAPD_CONF
BDII_DEFAULT_LDIF
Adding these by hand fixes the problem, so long as our DPM/CE
resources are in fact listed in bdii-update.conf, unlike Henry's case.
We seem to be in no-mans land.
