Hi All,
What is the difference in using NDF sections with kappa commands
collapse and ndfcopy?
If I run these two commands, I get different spatial sections of the cube:
collapse in=file'(06:41:11.0~97,+09:55:55~33,)' out=test_col axis=3
estimator=integ low=6.0 high=8.0 - this gives a 97x33 pixel image
centred on ~ 06:41:11, 09:55:55
ndfcopy file'(06:41:11.0~97,+09:55:55~33,6.0:8.0)' test - this
gives a 97 x 33 x 5 cube, centred spatially on ~06:41:35, 09:54:00.
06:41:11, 09:55:55 is actually the co-ordinate of the top right corner.
I had expected both of these cubes to have the same spatial
co-ordinates, and ndf sections to work in the same way for all kappa
commands. Can any enlighten me as to where I have gone wrong?
Cheers,
Jane
