I flipped 120.000 volumes using the Display function in SPM as
described by Feng:
1.press Display button and select one of your images
2.in spm Graphics window, input -1 in "resize {x}"
3.press "Reorient images" button and select all your images you want to flip.
However, it would be nice to have a tool to flip also statistical
files, SPM.mat, contrasts and everything. If somebody knows a tool
like this let us know.
Thank you for replying :)
