Dear SPMers,
I have realigned some images with SPM5 and I want to apply the
transformation contained in the text file rp_1.txt to another set of
different images, to compare the results obtained with different type of
analysis.
In SPM is not possible apply directly the text file in Realign option (like
the mat file for the spatial normalization) but John Ashburner suggest me to
use the command line:
M=spm_get_space('image')
and apply to
spm_get_space('anotherimage' , M)
Once all the headers was encoded in the right orientation I used the
"Coregister:Reslice" option to reslice all the second set of images to
match the first set, but the images that I obtained was identical to the
original.
Can you give me some advice?
