Dear Lisa,
The group inversion is done on all conditions together and indeed the
4 conditions correspond to 4 trigger values in your case. I'd
recommend you to use SPM8b rather than SPM5 because the code in SPM5
has not been updated for about a year now and there have been some
fixes and improvements since then. See my recent post for some details
of how you can relatively painlessly move to SPM8b with your SPM5
preprocessed files.
