I think you have two options. One option is to use MarsBar to create
a binary mask of one contrast, and then use this as an explicit mask
when you estimate the second contrast. This is probably the most
straightforward with how you have set up your model (still just one
sample t-tests), but may involve learning some MarsBar, if you don't
already know it. The second option is to set up your model
differently so that you have the main effects of each condition and
the baseline in a single second-level analysis. If they are in the
same design matrix, you can then use one contrast to mask the other
when you run the results.
