[*** Sally earlier raised the problem with Christopher Brookmyre
stereotyping the Scots -- my problem with Brookmyre is I can't decide
whether he's more of a Glasgow or an Edinburgh writer. He seems to me to
have a pretty good ear for both speeches.
Now if you want to ask me about Glasgow SF genre writing, and the Queen
Margaret Union in the early seventies ...
