Dear all
I would like the 'Local and community media = PSB' argument to be put
forward - a lone voice in our email discussions, I realise - and if you
all accept this, I would be happy to be on the panel.
Off to ECREA now where I expect the discussion will continue and Catalan
voices will I think support that argument in their setting.

However, I think individuals have submitted papers in the policy area and it would be possible for the Policy Network to submit a panel even at this stage. The conference timetable allows for Network meetings at 1pm on the Friday and you will need to decide whether you want to make use of that time. Alternatively (and the Women's Network are doing this) you may want to put together a panel which can be allocated a time elsewhere on the timetable in parallel with the other panels. If you want further information about this then do contact me. Once the Network has decided what you want to do, Mark Goodhall needs to know.
