The conference will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 18-22.
A preliminary conference schedule with a listing of most workshops and
sessions is now available <http://www.vraweb.org/conferences/index.html>;
there is also information on conference costs and the conference hotel.
The deadline for receipt of applications will be next Monday, November 10,
5pm Pacific Time. The list of recipients will be announced on the VRA
listserv the first week of December.

Links to the application form are on the main VRA website page and the
conference page. Before you apply, PLEASE READ "Travel Award Rules and
Guidelines", "Tips for VRA Travel Awards Applicants", and "Types of Travel
Awards", all linked here as PDFs:

Two notes about eligibility: you must be a VRA member to apply for any of
the awards, and you cannot have won a VRA Travel Award in the last three
years (2006-2008).
Stay tuned and watch VRA-L and the VRA website for further details about
the conference. Please email if you have any questions not answered by
the documents noted above.
