the output is NEUROLOGICAL. Also, the labels in fslview are incorrect, in
the sense that in the axial view I have L(north), R(south), A(east), P(west).
But note: if I convert the *same* PAR/REC with dcm2nii under windows, I have
no problem at all: fslorient returns RADIOLOGICAL, and the labels are in the
correct place
In the end, I really don't know what it is, but at least in my case the
problem seems to be solved
(by the way, the subjects have a vitamin pill on the left, so I could also
checked the orientation with that)
