Dear FSL-list,
The command fsledithd looks very useful,
but it seems to require interactive user-input,
i.e. it opens up a text editor, I type stuff into the editor
and then save the new text, then the new Nifti file is written.
Is there a way of editing headers in a batch mode,
i.e. looping through a bunch of Nifti files
and applying a particular header-edit to each of them in turn,
all happening automatically without anybody needing to type
anything in?
Many thanks,
Raj
