Hi - I just tried this one sample data with the -n option and it
worked ok - so I think something must be weird with your data. You are
working with FSL 4.1?
If you'd like to upload the data we can take a look.
Please upload the files in a single compressed tarfile to
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
And then email me the upload ID.
